How else do I get to Rivers state from Imo state?

The suffering is so openly displayed that it is surprising why people still keep quiet. Thousands of people drive pass this roads everyday and its like a journey through hell. Many have been robbed, (openly) beaten, and money openly extorted before you will be allowed to pass. Both the federal and state governments are completely unmoved, the people of Umuapu, and all other people unfortunate enough to try and pass through this road has resigned themselves to fate. In the following pictures, you will see young men shamelessly blocking the damaged roads and demanding money before you could drive through. You would have spent at least N500 to pass the many illegal toll gates. How else do I pass this dangerous spot, if I am to get to Rivers state from Imo?

http://www.nairaland.com/2555459/buy-lands-royal-palms-estates#37368982 Tigerkenn Homes Ltd is a fast growing real estate development company incorporated in 2014, the company is registered by law to carry out estate development and building activities in Nigeria. At Tigerkenn homes, we have an unshakeable belief that integrity is the most important virtue, and we conduct our businesses in the most transparent manner possible. We are always open to our customers and keep our word in every transaction. We are fast, lean and mean, making it possible that you can communicate with the top directors and get results quickly, no red tapes, no bureaucratic bottlenecks. Tigerkenn Homes also have in their unique team, a group of seasoned professionals who are very experienced with Nigerian land tenure system and knows our way around every region of the country. We always do our business with a special interest in the protection of our clients’ interest, and we want our buyers to make a profit each time they buy from us. We have done this in Enugu with a huge success, and I believe this will equally be successful. WHY OWERRI? Owerri is a city in south east Nigeria, peopled by a large population of young, educated professionals who knows what it means to own and maintain luxury homes. The city is littered with some of the best architecture in the country, there are also some world class estates in parts of Owerri, World Bank housing estate is one of the most spacious, planned estates in the country. The location we are planning to acquire in Owerri is very near to the city, just 10 minutes drive away from the reputed World Bank housing estate or the state housing estate at Umuguma, Owerri. WHAT IS THE SELLING POINTS? We at Tigerkenn Homes Ltd understand what good planning means to home ownership. The plan we plan to put in place will ensure that this estate is well planned from the beginning, ensuring that good access roads are provided for, fenced and gated community, security guards, drainages, reservations for shops, play ground and other estate facilities, proper rules guiding all buyers, well managed environment, etc. WHAT WILL BE THE PLOT SIZES? While we understand the need for bigger plots, so that we can all build our future mansions with enough spaces to spare, we also understand the size/price dynamics, and the fact that some people may want to go for smaller plots, especially those outside the country, or those with very young families. So we have a plan to have at least two major plot sizes, I am proposing some plots to be 100x100, while smaller plots will be 50x100, at a reduced price. INFORMATION ABOUT PLOT ARRANGEMENT, TYPES OF BUILDINGS TO BE ERECTED, PRICE AND OTHER CONDITIONS WILL BE ADDED AS WE MOVE ALONG.

Our new estate plans in Anambra state

Anambra state is home to some of the greatest human materials from the South East, since Awka is the capital city, I am one of the people desirous of seeing some great housing estates in well planned zones springing up in and around the state capital. To this effect, I have been moving towards setting up a space for interested members of the public to buy into plots of land and develop properties therein, we plan to make this as superlative and exclusive as possible.

Welcome to the most beautiful village in Nigeria.

You would not believe that this is a part of Nigeria. This is a village in the center of nowhere, but the roads here are so clean, so paved that you would think you are in the US. All the gutters here have drains, both sides of the road. The culverts are neatly done, the roads have never seen any potholes, this is serenity redefined, but where is this village? This is Udi, Enugu state of Nigeria.

The newest developements at the back of Loma Linda estates, Enugu.

There is a building frenzy going on at the back of Loma Linda estates, investors have singled out the area and are pouring millions into the area. Housing development is gathering speed in Enugu state, maybe because of the steady increase in the population of the city.

A truck accident at Ugwu Onyeama, Enugu

This stretch of road is so bad that vehicles lose control and plunge into the river nearby or just ram into other vehicles. Road construction officials from the Federal roads management should do something about this road that have claimed countless lives.

Any other alternative to toilet chambers?

I am one of the people that hate the toilet chambers, apart from the protrusion which sometimes may not be totally preventable, thus creating an eyesore in the open compound, I am exploring ways of getting the mechanics of waste flow both smooth and durable. In most homes, plumbers always end up passing their pipes through chambers made with blocks, but we are now building some connections made of plastic pipes and tees, topped with a hole to serve as a manhole where any blockage could be serviced. What do you think about this?
