ReplyDeleteUgwuanyi is truly a slow guy. He could lease out the build to an international hotel chain such as Protea, best Western or Golden Tulip group that has been looking for a way to establish in Enugu. Since state government does not have the type of money or expertise required to turn the place around, they must lease or sell it to prevent a total collapse and write off of this edifice.
I agree with you completely, lets see if he will increase his speed somehow as he marks a year in office next month.
