A food made in Enugu, the Dolphin restaurant example
And here I am, eating pounded yam (nri ji) with ofe nsala inside Dolphin restaurant in Enugu. The most interesting thing about this meal is the combination of items on service. Not only did all the ingredients used in cooking this soup come locally, although the soup has an Anambra origin. The points to note is that we are drinking Aqua Raphael s made by Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka at Ninth mile corner, we are also using serviettes made at Ngwo, Nondon paper mills are now making paper products like serviettes and tissue papers right here.
Biko, kuoro nu ndi Enugu aka!
