You would not believe that this is a part of Nigeria. This is a village in the center of nowhere, but the roads here are so clean, so paved that you would think you are in the US. All the gutters here have drains, both sides of the road. The culverts are neatly done, the roads have never seen any potholes, this is serenity redefined, but where is this village?

There is a building frenzy going on at the back of Loma Linda estates, investors have singled out the area and are pouring millions into the area. Housing development is gathering speed in Enugu state, maybe because of the steady increase in the population of the city.
This stretch of road is so bad that vehicles lose control and plunge into the river nearby or just ram into other vehicles. Road construction officials from the Federal roads management should do something about this road that have claimed countless lives.

I am one of the people that hate the toilet chambers, apart from the protrusion which sometimes may not be totally preventable, thus creating an eyesore in the open compound, I am exploring ways of getting the mechanics of waste flow both smooth and durable. In most homes, plumbers always end up passing their pipes through chambers made with blocks, but we are now building some connections made of plastic pipes and tees, topped with a hole to serve as a manhole where any blockage could be serviced. What do you think about this?
