Gov. Willie Obiano, we like your face, but.......

Must public administrators who uses public funds to execute projects "glue" their faces to such projects as a proof that they did them? This is a serious question, I think we need not see the administrators faces on projects ongoing or completed, we only need to see the quality of the work, we know who did what and where. So, thank you Mr. Willie Obiano, but please, keep your face in the governors office.

Residential highrise buildings of Onitsha

They are everywhere, 6, 7 storeys high and filled with human occupants. This city is running out of lands and people are just building "up" to beat the scarcity. It makes for a chaotic living standard as sanitation and parking/recreational spaces are sacrificed for more residential buildings. Welcome to Onitsha, the city on the Niger!

Beautiful pictures of Awka, Anambra state.

This is a young state capital, but already the zeal to build and make it a special city is unquestionable. Welcome to Awka.

The stage of construction at Awka express flyover project

Work is greatly ongoing here, I love the quality of the work, and the speed. With this pace, we might have this project commissioned in less than a year from now. Welcome to Awka, the capital of Anambra state.

Zik's Monument building in Onitsha

What is delaying this work, if this work is being carried out by the federal government, I think the state government should take it over.

In love with nature, bird nests at Umuahia, Nigeria.

The view is surely amazing, and arresting too. This is nature, undisturbed by man and his vagaries. This is a colony of birds somewhere at Umuahia. I just had to pause and stare.....
