Hotel Presidential Enugu on a standstill

It is no longer news that the Hotel Presidential Enugu is undergoing some kind of renovation or restructuring, but who knows the current status of the contract or arrangement. This edifice in the center of our city is wasting away slowly..........

    Unfortunately, Chime has left government.

    Ugwuanyi is truly a slow guy. He could lease out the build to an international hotel chain such as Protea, best Western or Golden Tulip group that has been looking for a way to establish in Enugu. Since state government does not have the type of money or expertise required to turn the place around, they must lease or sell it to prevent a total collapse and write off of this edifice.
