When I saw the officials of the state government working on the traffic lights along Okpara avenue, I remembered this is the practice in the last administration of Sullivan Chime. The administration of Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi should do well to maintain all infrastructure left by the past government and also build new ones where there is a noticeable failure of the existing amenities.

Maintenance culture in Enugu infrastructure
