We started and completed this project and handed the keys over to the owner, all works done by Tigerkenn homes Ltd. Cost of this 8 flats of 3 bedrooms project is N37m.

We built this house with about 37m, but due to current price increases in the cost of building materials, this house may cost more than N50m to build now.
