How to embed Air conditioning hose into house walls

To avoid an unsightly look like this, where your air conditioning outdoor unit has its connecting cables hanging freely on walls, we usually do these........ Buy a 3 " flexible water hose..... Pass the whole connections which were supposed to pass through the outdoor to the indoor unit through this flexible hose and pass it into the house like this.......
