Along the Enugu - Port Harcourt express way at the back of independence layout Enugu lies an upcoming housing estate known as the Heliu residences. This housing arrangement looks to be a private concern and is lying right across the road from the Centenary city entrance at the new independence layout of Enugu.
If you ask me, I will think that the nearness of this location to the road is a minus when considered with the centenary city because not every home owner will enjoy the rowdy nature of Nigerian highways. Centenary city enjoys some seclusion as it's more inside. It also enjoys some natural attributes like a static pond.

Well, they can put up a fence to wall them off the highways or if they are creative enough, they can plant so many trees to seclude their area from the road and given it the feeling of a park.
