About the grass growing at Ogbete embankment

Is there no way the government can stop the increase in the growth of grass at this public infrastructure? I have noticed the continued growth of grass which can form bigger roots and uproot these tiles, making the embankment prone to erosion. This is another area Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi administration should pay attention to.
