What does "Akachi" tower in Owerri stand for?
They say each public sculpture tell a story, just pictures, Someone should please help me out, each time I pass through Owerri and see the Akachi tower, I can't help but note that this is a sculpture quite unlike any other one around the south of Nigeria.
Can anyone help to explain the significance of this sculpture so laymen like me can better appreciate it next time I pass through the area.
