Enugu-Onitsha express "patchwork" instead of road resurfacing

This is the stretch of Enugu-Onitsha express from Abakpa junction till 

Penoks filling station,  closed out to the public for repairs.  But instead of the resurfacing they are now patching some spoilt portions of the road.  This is not good enough.
