Security barbed wire for your fence

These barbed wires are used as a protection against intrusion in a private compound. They have very sharp edges meant to discourage anyone who may have a desire to gain access over a fence, especially when they are mounted above a fence. How effective are these, when compared with the electric fence wires?

Updated layout plan of Enugu lands for sale

For now, these are the plots of land that has been paid for, some numbers of plots are reserved for payment by some of us and we are expecting them to make payments so I can mark them 'sold'.

Meanwhile, the gentleman that paid fro two plots yesterday can make his selections from the remaining plots, plots 6,48,50 and two others were reserved last week.

The government of Sullivan Chime started to work around this estate this year, roads and other renovations are ongoing in the estate. Have they sold all the houses, to whom and for how much?
