Fidelity estates Enugu, what is going on?

This is Fidelity estate, Enugu. This estate was built by the government of Chimaroke Nnamani around 2006-2007. The government of Sullivan Chime started to work around this estate this year, roads and other renovations are ongoing in the estate. Have they sold all the houses, to whom and for how much?

  1. I am glad Gov. Chime is giving Enugu finishing touches before his glorious reign is constitutionally over. I am also very glad that areas keep opening up where quality investors can come in a make a home inside the city. One only hopes that the governor elect Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi will continue in Chime's majestic steps to make Enugu the true pearl of Nigeria.

  2. My only fear, are they working on the roads because they want to share/allocate the houses?
