The outgoing government of Enugu state has a reputation for timely and qualitative project delivery when compared to their peers across the country. That is why its a surprise that this pictured building, the Enugu state Diagnostic centre under construction had not been completed even as the administration is coming to an end. Is there anything about this project the public are not aware of, what was the reason for the delay in completing this project?
