Sullivan says "thank you" to Enugu
This is a billboard that turns up all kinds of emotions from residents of Enugu, some look up to it and smile, waving the ex governor a good bye, some look at it with mixed feelings while others look at this billboard with outright hate and anger. Whatever one feels, his administration is now in the past as we look forward to a new Enugu state under the amiable Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, His excellency, the new governor of Enugu state.
