Hotel presidential, Enugu



This hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, both inside and the outside, but its a major hotel sitting in the center of Enugu city.

    The Enugu state govt. needs to finally divest and hand this iconic hotel over to an international hotel group to manage profitably.

    Government simply cannot manage a business, talk-more of an intricate business like the hospitality sector..

    I really hope they are handing it over soon, this edifice is sitting idly in the city centre, rotting away slowly.
