This is a salutary post to all those publicly spirited philanthropists who have gone out of their ways to build life changing amenities for their communities. This road in the pictures were built by a philanthropist from Isu Awaa in Enugu state by the name of Emperor Baywood Ibe. Thank you Sir for the gesture.
