Have you ever eaten abacha from Enugu?

Abacha is a local delicacy prepared from cassava tuber boiled and sliced into tiny bits with the use of a grater. It is then hygienically prepared int a plate of food which you will like to eat again. This picture is a plate of abacha prepared with local black beans (akidi) and fish, there are many different varieties and spices, sauces which you can eat abach with. enjoy.
