Sullivan's or Ugwuanyi's work?
These are pictures of ongoing wok along Okpara avenue road (around Chris chemists roundabout in Enugu. Road construction and clearing up of drainages is ongoing there. Has Sullivan Chime continued his projects or is this the handwork of Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi as he starts work? Some mischievous persons around me even insisted that they are only working to clear the front of the road where Peace mass transit company had bought a new loading terminal.

ReplyDeleteWe love Ugwuanyi just as we love Sullivan. We are happy continuity will happen in Enugu state. May Ugwuanyi please complete our International conference center. It has become a reference point of how lack of continuity ruins a state,as every government abandon their predecessors projects even if it were 99% completed.
I pray for continuity too, and will be watching the activities here to see who is acting up and what the end product becomes.
