ReplyDeleteI often wonder why such high-roofing style for these types of buildings both in terms of cost and reasons for it considering that it adds no structural integrity whatsoever.
ReplyDeleteThis is a 3 bedroom block of flats, in most cases the roofing height is pre determined by the span of the building. There is a pre determined height you will get from mathematically calculating the sides of the building.
ReplyDeleteBut some people will always love to raise the height of their roof because they think it will make the house look more beautiful.
We usually agree with them, if they pay for the extra height.
