The days of black market sales of petroleum products are back again, and what is more frightening, it is now being carried out in broad daylight, under the noses of our security forces. At Oando filling station at Rumuomasi in Port Harcourt, people were seen selling petrol in cans right beside the filling station. What are our leaders doing about this?
