I don't understand why so many of the plots of land surrounding most of IMT Enugu are being built on. There seems to be serious allocation of the plots of land in and around the places we knew as the premises of former ASUTECH, former ESUT, and presently IMT main campus in Independence layout Enugu. Is this going to become another Liberty estate carved out from old Rangers training grounds?
