You see it in every part of Port Harcourt, from Aba road to Ikwerre road, from Rumuokoro to Trans Amadi, the story is the same. Hold ups and crawling traffic delaying motorists and commuters alike. The argument is that there are just too many motor vehicles in Port Harcourt, but another school of thought has it that it's the other way round, there are too few roads for the cars, resulting in overuse and consequently, congestion.
What do you think?
