In a building construction, the under decking of the house can either be plastered to get an even smoothness or a POP could be done to cover the underside of the decking. The underside of a decking is usually rough and needs some smoothness to make the surface a pleasant visual experience. How easy or difficult do you think it is to do this plastering since it involves bending and doing an inverted work?
