The problem posed by slum habitations


In philosophy you must have heard about the nature vs nature debate,  a debate which has the heart of the matter to be how a child may turn out, especially taken into consideration his background as a young growing person.  The problem of slums in developing countries is huge, because a large population of people are born and brought up there.  Most slums have poor sanitary habits, loose morals and infighting.  Crowded communities bring fights and cult related issues.  People most times repeat their cycles of poverty in slums as kids turn to adults and repeat the mistakes of their parents.  

What do we do to solve these slum habitation problems?
